Shipping policy

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed (not counting weekends and holidays). Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, depending on your location and the shipping method. We ship to all 50 states.

If we can't ship your order within that time, we'll let you know with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order. Any sales tax is added at checkout.

Paying in person

You can choose to pay when you pick up or receive your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you the carrier and tracking number. It's also on your order page.

Delays, lost and damaged packages

Delivery times are estimates; weather or carrier delays can occasionally slow orders. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
