When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and order details. When you browse: basic technical information such as pages viewed and device type, to keep the store working and improve it.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders
- To send order updates by email or text
- To keep the records the law requires, including for sales tax
- To send offers, only if you've agreed: every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share only what's needed with:
- shipping carriers and our label service, to deliver your order
- our e-commerce platform provider, Qartoos, which hosts this store as our service provider
- government authorities, when the law requires it
Reviews
If you write a review, we show it with your first name. We don't show your phone number, email or address.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 7 years after your last order, or longer where the law requires (for example, tax records), then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, use the contact details on this website. We'll confirm it's you and reply within 45 days.
Children
This store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
